This two-day programme is a follow-up to the Entrepreneurship Panel “mentoring practices” seminar led by Chris Gulliver co-founder and Director of LeaderShape in 2012. That seminar attracted 45 mentors and prospective mentors active in the Journeyman scheme, the Hammersmith Academy, Lylian Baylis School, the Employment Panel and The BCS British Computer Society in addition to the Entrepreneurship Panel's LeaderShape's in-house programmes can lead to a Post Graduate certificate, diploma or Masters degree see http://www.leadershape.biz/. We believe this programme will be of interest to many of our members - those who are already acting as mentors, as well as those who would like to become mentors and feel they would benefit from formal training before embarking on such a role. Also those who would value having a formal mentoring accreditation.
