We are pleased to announce that the WCIT Hall has now re-opened and the staff are settling in. We have implemented a number of measures to ensure the safety of staff, members and other visitors to the Hall. These include adjusting the maximum capacity of our meeting rooms in order to accommodate the current social distancing guidelines as follows:- 1st floor Livery Room – up to 20 people in a traditional meeting room format; please check with Mellissa Maher if you are planning an event which requires a different configuration / 2nd floor Blue Room – 2 people / 2nd floor Gold Room – 4 people. Should you require refreshments for your meeting, there is a hot drinks machine and a water dispenser in the Members' Room. If you would like to use the Members' Room only, please contact Mellissa Maher in advance of your visit so that we can ensure space is available.
Hand sanitisers/anti-bacterial wipes and the appropriate signage are located around the building. Panels and Committees are encouraged to continue utilising Microsoft Teams for their meetings, allowing participation by those who prefer to connect virtually.
