Mike Jenkins is Clerk Designate and will take over from Michael Grant on 17 June.

Tricia is responsible for the administration of the Company and Trust, the running of the office and servicing of key meetings.

Caroline is responsible for the overall management of the Company’s programme of charitable activity, including IT4Communities and the proposed Academy School in Hammersmith, for working with charities looking for support from the Company and for helping the Chairmen and members of panels to identify and complete appropriate charitable projects.

Rachel has responsibility for all the financial processes of the Company and Trust and also manages the annual audit.

Anne is responsible for promoting IT4Communities to both the charity and IT sectors, and for undertaking an initial requirements analysis with charities seeking assistance.

Peta is responsible for providing management and administrative support for the Company's fundraising and membership initiatives.

Nigel is responsible for IT4Communties' administration, and is the first point of contact for charities and volunteer contacting the office.
