Josephine Connell was installed as the third female Master of the IT Company on 8 October 2008. She has worked in the IT industry for more than 40 years at companies including Mars, Aspro-Nicholas, CMG, and most recently as Managing Director of Xansa formerly FI Group, which is a leader in terms of encouraging flexible working, especially for women.
