Record numbers of Volunteers and Proceeds will Increase the Number of Charities Helped
London, 17 March 2009; iT4Communities (iT4C) has been on sparkling form recently. Firstly the company was the charity beneficiary of the Moulin Rouge themed Intellect Charity Ball. The event, which was held on Tuesday 25 November, raised £13,000 for iT4C.
Following this achievement the company has had a hugely successful start to 2009 with record numbers of volunteers signing up.
London, 15 December 2008: iT4Communities (iT4C), the national IT volunteering programme, has launched the IT Volunteering Awards 2008, in conjunction with the British Computer Society and IT4C’s new partner appiChar, which recently signed a £15,000 sponsorship deal with the charity.

Forward thinking Livery Company installs third female Master
London, 10 October 2008: In a ceremony held this week, Josephine Connell, former managing director of Xansa was announced as Master of the Information Technologists Company (ITC), the 100th Livery Company of the City of London. Connell replaces previous Master David Morriss for her year long tenure.
As only the third female Master of ITC, Connell will use her tenure to focus strongly on the charitable side
